These terms govern your use of the Cuddle Boo store and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.
Cuddle Boo is a home-based business operating from Malappuram, Kerala, India. You can reach us at [email protected].
Our products are currently sold on a pre-booking basis. Placing an order reserves your item from an upcoming production batch; it is dispatched within an estimated 15 to 20 days from order confirmation. Product photographs are taken as accurately as possible, but fabric texture and colour may vary slightly between screens and between production batches.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed. Payment methods available at checkout include card, UPI and cash on delivery where offered.
An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it by WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in the listed price or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control. Please provide an accurate delivery address and PIN code; we are not responsible for parcels that fail to arrive because of incorrect address details.

Covers are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Damage caused by hot washing, bleaching, tumble drying or other misuse is not covered by a return or exchange.
All content on this store — including text, photographs, the Cuddle Boo name and logo — belongs to Cuddle Boo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
