We collect personal information that you provide voluntarily when you ask about our products or place a pre-order request. This includes your full name, email address and phone number; your delivery address and PIN code; and order details such as the Crescent Cuddle Pillow, your fabric choice (Pure Cotton, Stretchable Cotton, Moshi Fabric, Poly Liza or HR Fabric) and the colour you select.
We use it to fulfil and manage your orders — processing pre-bookings, confirming your order by WhatsApp or email, and coordinating delivery within our 15 to 20 day dispatch window. We use it to facilitate payments, processing your chosen method such as card or UPI to complete the transaction. And we use it to respond to enquiries and resolve any issue you have with our service.
We share information only with your consent, to comply with the law, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to meet business obligations. We may share data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services on our behalf and need access to do that work — for example shipping partners and payment gateways.
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out here, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as for tax or accounting requirements.
